Thank you for your suggestion. Are you referring to a tooltip template? If that is the request, please open the Library on the left panel, then search for "tooltip" keyword to access the tooltip template. Please see the attached image.
If you're suggesting a feature to display tooltips when hovering, please give us more description or example screenshots to help us understand your request better.

I am looking for a 'tooltip pop-up when mouse hoovers' feature as per the attached screenshot.
When mouse hoover, the tooltip to be shown as per the attached screenshot. Tools tip shall not be shown when mouse does not hoovers on the at icon.
