The comments feature is somewhat confusing. It seems like i'm forced into "add comments mode" when all i'd like to do is to toggle the comments on or off while i'm designing, but then if I view comments I can't do anything else because it totally switches the experience. I think it would be helpful to separate these so that I can view all the comments at once without assuming I want to be in 'add comment' mode. The way I use comments is more to leave notes for other people rather than to specifically try to comment on what someone else did, so maybe it's just a different feature to allowing someone to see all of my notes.

Hello everyone,
Exciting news to share! We've made some enhancements to the commenting experience. Now, in Design mode, you can directly view and respond to comments without toggling to Comment mode. Additionally, comment markers now display the thread owner, making it simpler to track comments on larger boards.

Hi Shanon I agree fully. We now have an agreement that i put 'green' text all over the place which are eg comments on behaviours or things the developers have to know. Because the comments disappear fully when designing or when the devs look (they don't have the trigger to show comments). So indeed it would be great to show for example next the title of a screen how many comments there are with a kind of alert sign (so they see that there are comments on this screen) and an easy way just to show/edit them for this screen all over the place, more like a design component that stays active so you can change other things also while giving guidelines. Just a thought.
