Fixed comments bubble on elements

Would be cool if the comments bubble is fixed on the elements we have comments on, so we can moving the elements without lose where the comment were made.

Thanks for the suggestion! Currently, comment bubbles are fixed to the screen and section, but not directly to individual elements. We’ll look into this—it’s a helpful idea and we appreciate you sharing it!
