Use case: you hover over an image and the a grey overlay with an edit icon appears.
This is
almost
possible with the hover feature (thank you for that) - but Align With Source Element only allows you to place the overlay/target element to around the source element (which is handy for tooltips), but there isn't any way to
replace or overlay
a source element, and for very many hover scenarios, this behavior is required.
