Toggle switch that allows users to set reminders for their subscription end date
Hello Visily Team, I recently joined your platform and wanted to share some feedback regarding the user experience. It's fortunate for you that I upgraded to the pro plan within seconds of exploring your site. This is a distinctly and implicitly unique moment for your team—very few users make such an immediate decision to pay and upgrade so quickly. You should recognize and appreciate the value of having a user like me, who sees the platform’s worth instantly and acts on it right away. As I prepare to use your software for the upcoming year, I have a suggestion that could significantly improve the experience. Currently, on the billing page, I see an option to "cancel your subscription." I believe it would be more beneficial to have a toggle switch that allows users to set reminders for their subscription end date—say, 3 months, 2 months, or 1 month in advance. The toggle could also be set to repeat, so users receive timely email notifications about their upcoming renewal or expiration. This approach would eliminate the need to cancel manually, providing a smoother, less friction-filled experience and encouraging greater user retention. Right now, I have to rely on external tools like Google Calendar to set reminders, which feels like a missed opportunity for your platform to streamline the process and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, I think many companies, including yours and others like Windsurf, tend to approach user needs in a somewhat clinical, outdated manner. I encourage you to adopt a more innovative, intuitive mindset—thinking beyond traditional frameworks—to create a more seamless and engaging user experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to continuing my journey with Visily and will reach out if I encounter other areas for improvement. Best regards, Kadva Korp
